On Racism and Leadership

We all need to stop talking about Racism, and here’s why. Racism is unlike every other social and cultural issues. Leaders, politicians, woke activists have injected so much toxicity into the word, that when you talk about it, what you doing is giving it a voice. When you give it a voice, it finds reasoning in some quarters. So, it’s expected to see that despite the billions of dollars spent on Anti-racism programs, racism is on the rise. it’s not about money or allocating resources. it’s about identifying what gives life to the word, and that is we talking about it gives it life.
For many, it’s about business now, profiting off the racism cycle under the pretense of activism. we need to change the culture, the subject, and the faces behind this movement. The so-called experts are experts at driving divisions, hyper inventing words and hyperbole just to keep their position they are willing to see us divided. If we not divided, they are out of business, the same as the News. If they don’t report bad news or keep these cultural issues on air 24/7, they are out of business. They understand that and they are willing to maintain the status quo just to keep their position.
We need free thinking leaders, not follow the mob kinda leadership. We need leaders who are willing to put others before themselves. Leaders who listen to the divergence and form a singularity. We need leaders that are capable of destroying the existing global order and return it to the principles established after WWII. A reset is needed urgently if we don’t reset, the natural order will reset for us and that’s catastrophic.
