Intro, Solutions to the Nuclear Confusion: America, China, Iran

“So how do you solve the problem: first, I will suggest you put a cap on it because it’s so easy to drift away depending on the nature of the problem. The cap gives you some sort of compass to tell if you’re drifting, then you initiate mitigation drive. This step provides insurance against the first step, and you put up broad measures by identifying the nature of the problem.”

So I’m compiling the most complex problems faced by governments and trying to figure out how effective the solution tools have been, such as the Iran and North Korea nuclear problems. They’re almost similar in nature but that doesn’t necessarily mean the solution tools have to be similar.
